My Diary

 Things have been good overall, kind of up and down, but mostly good. Still no one has come on their white horse to sweep me up and make me fall madly in love with them.. Oh well, guess I'll keep waiting..

 Today was a good day. Lots of laughs and I felt included. Phones weren't too busy. Started learning Spanish. Brittany gave me chicken wings from her friend's restaurant. Today was a good day.

 Everyone is being fucking rude today, I don't what it is but it seems like all I can ever do it say the wrong fucking thing at the wrong fucking time. Tried to tease Brittany about a ticket she scheduled wrong and she got upset, knowing damn well she rips on me any fucking chance she can get. She can't take what she dishes out so now suddenly I'm the fucking bad guy? Took a shit ton of calls about missed appointments last night and well, I guess I messed one up because customer called again today and I had to get Greg to fix it but didn't even realize it was my fault until we started looking at the ticket together so then I felt embarrassed; then when I went to talk to him about it/apologize he barely even looked at me.. Just fuck this day man. Yesterday sucked too because it was super busy, back-to-back calls and nobody could help me with month end and my email is fucked because it won't open the report and everyone was too busy to help me. I forgot to write about...
